The township is family oriented, comfortable with an independent small town environment. Harrison Township founded in 1853 still retains much of its rural charm and beauty as it did when it began. Anyone having information is requested to contact the Harrison Police Department at (513) 203-1567 or CrimeStoppers at (888) 352-3040.

The female suspects were driving a late model Jeep Compass. Harrison Police are asking for assistance in identifying two females who were using stolen credit cards taken from Harrison vehicles at the BP station on Boudinot Avenue. All residents please secure their garage doors and do not leave keys, key fobs, or garage openers in their vehicles. Harrison Police are asking that all residents lock their vehicles and remove all purses, wallets, credit cards and other valuable items from their vehicles when parking on public street or in driveways. The department said the stolen vehicle had the keys left in the vehicle, unlocked, and the other thefts from vehicles were from vehicles left open or in several cases the vehicle windows were broken out.

The Harrison Police Department has issued a Crime Alert after receiving multiple reports of vehicle thefts, vehicle break-ins, and one stolen car report from city neighborhoods.
